C.C. Mallorca Fashion Outlet (MFO), Mallorca, Spain.

Mallorca Fashion Outlet (MFO) is an open outlet shopping centre located in the municipality of Marratxí, on the island of Mallorca, with retail outlets for more than 100 national and international fashion brands, various types of leisure facilities, a wide variety of restaurants with terraces and multiplex cinemas.

Various projects have been carried out for the client Via Outlets Mallorca SLU (APG), with the designers: Stantec – Montegrappa – L35 Architects; and various construction companies. Carried out between 2017 and 2023.

MCK performed the function of External Development Consultant to develop various projects in MFO, from the selection stage of the design team, design management, selection of the construction company, construction and commissioning of the same both in commercial premises, facades of premises, redesign of streets and squares outside the Mall, reorganisation of the outdoor parking with variable signage, etc.
