Project Description
Sevilla Fashion Outlet (SFO) is a covered outlet shopping centre located in the municipality of Los Espartales, Seville with retail outlets for more than 100 national and international fashion brands, various types of leisure facilities and a wide variety of restaurants with terraces.
This project was designed by Stantec – L35 Architects and carried out by the construction companies IC and LIÑEGAR, for the client Via Outlets Sevilla SLU (APG).
MCK performed the role of External Development Consultant to develop various projects from the selection of the design team, design management, selection of the construction company, construction and commissioning of both commercial premises, redesign of the Mall, new outdoor car parks, etc. Refurbishment Project 2019-21, 2 Outdoor Parking Projects 540 spaces and Expansion Project 2021-2023.
