Two warehouses, one of 1456m2 and the other of 1297m2. Construction with prefabricated concrete structure and enclosures, an office area of 314m2, a mezzanine floor of 300m2 and perimeter urbanisation.

MCK is acting as Project Manager (PM) in the project and construction phase, for the client SANT FELIU Nuevos Proyectos, S.L. & InvestInmo 2013 S.L. and under the construction of NADICO. With an investment of 2M€.
