SANTA MARTA HOTEL is a 5* Hotel, located in the cove of Santa Cristina in Lloret de Mar (Gerona), on a 60 Ha site, with 77 keys between the Main Hotel Building and the Annex Hotel Building, 3 Villas, SPA, restaurant areas, complementary buildings and customer car park. Urbanisation, with access to the beach, tennis courts, swimming pool, etc.
MCK’s work for the property HOSAMA SL/OKAMI was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 during 2021 consisted of carrying out the TDD to ascertain the condition of the asset. Phase 2 during 2022 and 2023 developed PM tasks in different areas of the Hotel.
