GERARDO MUCHINIK SILBERT

Founding Partner
Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate and Building/Construction sectors.
Gerardo began his professional career in Argentina working in national general contractors. In 1989, already in Spain, he worked for FERCABER (Bouygues Group) and COMSA, and finally for HINES Interests Spain (an American developer company) as Construction General Director.
While in HINES, he was specialized as Project Manager/Owner Representative leading many large projects (offices, residential, retail hotels and urbanizations) in Madrid, Barcelona and Marbella. Later in 2012 he founded MCK Projects Consultants with the spirit of providing services of excellence of Project Management and Real Estate Assets. At present, he is MCK’s CEO/Senior Consultant, both in the public and private sectors, providing services to local and international clients.
ANTONIO MATEO PASCUAL

Partner
Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate sectors.
Antonio began his career as Production Manager of ACS Construction CO. where later became Site Manager. In 2002, he moved to EPTISA Engineering as Construction Director for Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.
In 2017, joined MCK with the spirit of providing his extensive experience in Project Management and Real Estate Assets. At present, he is MCK’s Technical Director/Senior Consultant, both in the public and private sectors providing services to local and international clients.

ROGELIO JIMÉNEZ ANDÚJAR
Architect
Senior Design Manager
Senior Architect with over 30 years of experience.
Rogelio began his professional career at the Taller de Arquitectura Ricardo Bofill in Barcelona, as Design Architect, planning and designing large-scale urban projects. He later became Head of the Architecture Department in the United States, moving to the Taller de Arquitectura RB in the USA.
He spent several years developing high-end residential and office projects in Chicago, New York, Houston, Toronto and L.A. In 1994, he moved to the Taller de Arquitectura in Paris where he continued as Head of the Department of Architecture developing international urban projects. He is currently the chief architect of the Anilla Olímpica de los XVIII Juegos Mediterráneos, Tarragona 2018.
IGNACIO GUARDIA ALONSO
Senior Civil Engineer
Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of experience.
Ignacio began his career in Comsa and Ferrovial general contractors, as Manager for railway works and highways. After that became Delegate and Regional Director for Catalonia, Valencia and Balearic Islands of Ferrovial. As a consequence of Agroman’s purchase by Ferrovial, he became Construction Director and later Director for Mediterranean Area.
Finally he was Guinovart&Oshsa’s General Director, subsidiary of OHL construction co. for railway works in Catalonia, with expansion to Morocco, Chile and Turkey. In the last decade has focused on Chile, managing and supervising as Owner Representative the construction of large water purification work and central hydraulic combined with the design of urban highways in concession. Since 2017, assists MCK as Senior Consultant to apply his national and international experience in civil works development for public as well as private sectors.

Asset Manager
Asset Manager with over 25 years of experience in the Spanish Real Estate sector.
Lee started his career in 1988 at Citicorp Real Estate in Madrid, where he closed singular operations such as Parque Sur Centro Comercial or Castellana 278-280 (ex-Repsol’s headquarter).
Few years later, he worked at the Real Estate London & Edinburgh Trust as General Director in Spain and afterwards, as Director of the Real Estate Unit of Argentaria where he was responsible for 10 building developments with more than 1,000 apartments in Madrid, Barcelona and other capitals. Also, promoted two office buildings: Méndez Alvaro and Hernández de Tejada (headquarters of Cemex).
In 1996, he moved to Barcelona to join HINES Interests Spain SL (an american developer company) as Project Director of Diagonal Mar, a project of 360,000 m2 of SBA with a shopping center, buildings, offices and hotels. In 2001, he returned to Madrid and developed the office building of El Pórtico in Campo de las Naciones and the Zielo shopping center in Pozuelo de Alarcón. Between 2008 and 2015 he worked as Manager Director of Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank in Spain. At present, he is an Independent Consultant to Real Estate, Financial Investors and AEV.
