MONTERREY HOTEL is a 5* Hotel with 224 rooms. The building is located on a large plot with outdoor swimming pools, SPA, outdoor bar, green areas and underground parking for guests. Located in Lloret de Mar, Gerona, Spain.

MCK’s work was divided into two phases. The first phase took place between 2021-2022 and involved a TDD and AT Venta. And the second phase took place between 2022-2024 and a Technical Owner Representative PM in the Asset Rehabilitation was carried out. For the client Castle Mont Opco S.L / DK in the first phase and for Okami Hotels in the second phase.
