RESORT DREAMS MADEIRA is a resort-hotel complex that simulates a fishing port. It has 366 keys and 806 beds. Marina (Marina), Lighthouse, main square, underground parking, Church, and a set of buildings formed by the main buildings around the main square of the village and other buildings, SPA and detached and semi-detached villas.

MCK’s performance was TDD for the purchase of the Asset during 2021-22 for client GENEROUSRAIN followed by PM’s services for the comprehensive refurbishment of the 5* Resort, expanding 237 keys to 366 keys, all hotel keys with 806 beds during 2022-24. The main building H01 is completely refurbished without affecting the structure or façade. The SPA building is completely refurbished inside; various restaurant areas, urbanisation, outdoor swimming pools, etc. are created.
